About Me

I am an accredited demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild. I teach fun friendly cake decorating classes.

I am available for demonstrations and classes subject to availability.

For further afield, hotel/B & B accommodation and flights (if relevant) are required, preferably with a full or half-day workshop the following day.

Ayrshire BSG branch

I am so looking forward to returning to beautiful Scotland 7-8th of May for both a class and a demonstration, with more new models in the design process. Details coming soon.

Easter Bunny Baby Dem or class

This cute little easter bunny baby is a great introduction to hand modelled faces and adds in wafer paper, textured and dusted sugarpaste for a great cake topper

Cyril and Mr Bird Class

This two day course creates your own scene of Cyril and Mr Bird

Cold Porcelain Wild Flowers Dem or Class

Get in touch to build your preferred Dem or a 1-2 day class from one variety upwards

Suitable for intermediate and above. 1-2 day class depending on skill level.

An intermediate modelling full day class with wire armature and wafer paper wings.

Green Dragon Class

This 1-2 day course enables you to use an armature, add details and colour to your dragon and we chat about ways to finish the board which you could do at home if you wish to have more time to finish your dragon

Animals to choose from to build a dem or class from animals such as the lamb, deer and golden retriever.
